Shipping Policies

It is our priority to satisfy our customers; however, Jcoleapparel stock availability changes on a daily basis.

We process and ship orders within 48 hours from the time an order is placed (during the business week)

In the case that a certain item is unavailable, we will contact you. If we do receive a reply within 48 hours, we will ship a partial order.

Jcoleapparel.com offers delivery to most destinations worldwide. Any promotions for delivery are not valid for international orders. Jcoleapparel.com uses U.S.P.S. for international deliveries.

Shipping to and from Jcoleapparel is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.  All items will be shipped insured.  

Return Policies
Jcoleapparel is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

• Shipping is non-refundable*
• All items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and stickers in place.
• You have 30 days from the date of purchase for returns.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

All items on “Clearance” are final sales and no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is defective.
